1. Xidmətimiz
AzStudy xaricdə təhsil üzrə məsləhət mərkəzidir: universitet seçimi, sənədləşmə, viza və xaricdə yaşam dəstəyi.
2. Məlumatın xarakteri
Saytdakı və videolarımızdakı məlumat ümumi xarakter daşıyır. Qiymətlər, qəbul şərtləri və diplomun tanınması qaydaları dəyişə bilər. Qərar verməzdən əvvəl onları bizimlə və ya universitetlə dəqiqləşdirin.
3. Nəticəyə zəmanət yoxdur
Qəbul, təqaüd, viza və diplomun tanınması barədə qərarları universitetlər və dövlət qurumları verir. Biz bu nəticələrə zəmanət vermirik.
4. Ödənişli xidmətlər
Ödənişli xidmətlərimiz ayrıca müqavilə ilə göstərilir. Müqavilə ilə bu şərtlər arasında ziddiyyət olarsa, müqavilə üstün tutulur.
5. Müəllif hüquqları
Saytdakı mətnlər, videolar və loqo AzStudy-yə və ya müvafiq hüquq sahiblərinə məxsusdur. Onları icazəsiz kommersiya məqsədi ilə kopyalamaq və yaymaq olmaz.
6. Qadağan olunan istifadə
Sayta zərər vurmaq, ondan avtomatik və toplu şəkildə məlumat çıxarmaq və başqasının adından yalan məlumat vermək qadağandır.
7. Digər xidmətlər
WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube və TikTok kimi xidmətlərin öz şərtləri var. Həmin xidmətlərdə paylaşdığımız məzmuna onların şərtləri də şamil olunur.
8. Məsuliyyət
Sayt olduğu kimi təqdim edilir. Qanunun icazə verdiyi həddə saytdakı məlumatdan istifadə nəticəsində yaranan zərərə görə məsuliyyət daşımırıq.
9. Tətbiq olunan hüquq
Bu şərtlərə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyi tətbiq olunur. Mübahisələrə Azərbaycan Respublikasının məhkəmələrində baxılır.

AzStudy is a study-abroad consulting centre: university choice, paperwork, visas and support for living abroad.
2. Nature of the information
The information on the website and in our videos is general. Prices, admission conditions and diploma recognition rules can change. Please confirm them with us or the university before you decide.
3. No guarantee of results
Universities and government bodies decide on admission, scholarships, visas and diploma recognition. We do not guarantee these results.
4. Paid services
Our paid services are provided under a separate contract. If that contract and these terms conflict, the contract prevails.
5. Copyright
The text, videos and logo on the website belong to AzStudy or to their respective rights holders. You may not copy or distribute them for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Prohibited use
You may not harm the website, extract data from it automatically in bulk, or give false information in someone else’s name.
7. Other services
Services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok have their own terms, which also apply to the content we share there.
8. Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of information on the website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
